Mohamed Mustafa Al Zuhili has acted as a professor of Shariah and Islamic Studies – focusing on comparative jurisprudence. He holds his Ph.D. in Shariah.
Dr. Ali Sartawi
Dr. Ali Sartawi holds a Ph.D. in Legislation and Fiqh (Jurisprudence) from the University of Jordan. He is the head of the Department of Jurisprudence and Legislation, and acts as the Chairman of the Supervisory at Takaful Insurance Company, Islamic Palestinian Bank and Palestinian Ijarah Company, where he is member of the Bank’s Governance Committee, as well.
Sheikh Dr. Nazih Hammad
Sheikh Dr. Nazih Hammad is a retired professor of Islamic Jurisprudence and its fundamentals from Faculty of Shariah at Umm al-Qura University. He is also the author of over 25 books, more than 50 doctoral research papers, and completed his thesis on Islamic Jurisprudence and its fundamentals, and Islamic economics. He now is the Chairman of the Minhaj Advisory Shariah Board.
