Muhammad Erchid is Azzad Asset Management’s Regulatory and Islamic Finance Associate Counsel.

He earned his law degree, with Honors, from Emory University School of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in legal analysis and finance.

Also an attorney at Erchid Law, Muhammad advises clients on securities and real estate matters, helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal challenges.

His securities experience spans from single-asset syndications to private funds, ensuring compliance across the Securities Act, the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, and applicable state Blue Sky laws.

Muhammad has also advised on Shariah-compliant investment vehicles in collaboration with Shariah scholars, bringing both legal precision and faith-based integrity to his clients’ needs.
